B-Town Battle Benefit Tournament

Adult Coed Slow-Pitch Softball Tourney- Double Elimination ••••All players for this event must be 18+•••• This tourney to benefit the Frontier Summer Recreational Softball/Baseball League. Proceeds will be used to upgrade fields, purchase equipment and make other necessary improvements to the fields for Brookston/Chalmers youth leagues! - - -Coed round robin for youth (ages 14-17) will be scheduled IF there is enough interest, price TBD- - - COST: $150.00 per team - OR- $200.00 per team w/ shirts for 10 players (with this option shirt sizes are S-XL add $2.00 per shirt for anything 2X & larger. When payment is submitted team manager will need to choose color for their team from the list that will be provided at entry) PAYMENT: Cash, Check, Money Order, or PayPal Accepted * Individuals not affiliated with a team, e-mail the address below for additional info * DATE: Saturday July 22, 2017 10AM start time LOCATION: Chalmers Community Park- Chalmers, IN RULES: - NSA/ASA/USSSA Bat list - All game balls provided, teams can use their own if desired; no womens balls - Coed will be 6 men & 4 women tourney -OR- 5 men & 5 women - 5-10 arc, 1-1 count w/ 0 foul waste, mat ball-plate - 2 Homeruns per team per game, after 2nd HR it will constitute an automatic out. - 10 run rule after 4th inning - Teams responsible for retrieving their own HR & foul balls AND returning to ump at end of each game (if using balls provided by tourney) - 55 minute time limit - Paid, certified umps - Coin flip to determine Home team - Liability waiver must be signed before 1st game MITCHELLS FOOD TRUCK & KONA ICE WILL BE ON-SITE! **All money must be received by Friday, July 7th @ 8:00 pm** SPOT ONLY GUARANTEED WITH PAYMENT- ONLY TAKING 8 TEAMS!
